Joining The TBT in 2019, Melanie is one of the newest agents on the team but is no stranger to the DMV area. Growing up in Montgomery County, MD, Melanie was a successful equestrian rider on the horse show circuit. She stayed local to the area and attended Howard University as a Marketing major, in Washington, D.C.

Melanie has been a successful horse trainer and rider and is transitioning into the competitive world of residential real estate. She feels that there is a parallel to both industries, as far as client relationship management. It is essential to have a competitive spirit, be honest and transparent, reliable, and hardworking. These are qualities that Melanie lives by, both professionally and personally.

Melanie currently lives in Gaithersburg, MD with her husband and three children. In her free time, she enjoys attending her girls sporting events, family time, and travel. She continues to ride and teach at a successful show barn.
